From the moment we arrived, the reception team were exceptional — we were kindly allowed an early check-in, and as I was travelling with my niece, she received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. A big thank you to the reception staff and the manager for their professionalism and warmth. The room was beautifully arranged, tasteful, and very comfortable, and it was cleaned daily to a high standard. Breakfast was excellent, and a special mention goes to Valbona, whose care and attentiveness made our mornings feel very welcoming. The food was good and well presented. Overall, a very comfortable hotel with outstanding hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it."
