“Room was spotless on Arrival, And we were early! And Reception did all they could to get us in our room ASAP (3 hours earlier than actual check in time!) Staff were all lovely and helpful when needed, Polite and well spoken, from reception staff to the cleaners and the guys dealing with Breakfast. Air Con was ice cold and already on in the room when we arrived in it, and was included in the price. Hotel is handy for everything Rhodes - as you are pretty much in the middle of everything……

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Acandia (and on the wonderful Island of Rhodes). The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. “I had a great experience at the hotel - the staff were super friendly and helpful, the hotel was very modern and clean (in fact, the whole property was spotless) and they followed my request to be put in a room with sea view, which gave me the best morning views when I woke up. “Room was a great size, bathroom was slightly smaller and was more of a wet room, as shower didnt have a door so water would go everywhere. However, overall clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This really made a difference with our short stay. We enjoyed the location being a short walk from the port for our day trip to Symi. “We got the twin room for our stay. It was exactly what we needed for our stay but it’s not a massive room. The balcony was lovely. Everything was clean and the cleaners came each day and gave fresh towels. They also provide beach towels which was really useful. The pool area was clean and a nice size and there was plenty of sun beds and the bar was a nice touch. The pool gets sun from 10:00- 18:00 each day. The staff were so accommodating and friendly.
