"Staff was very friendly. Great person at hotel registration. The brewery/restaurant inside was very good. We enjoyed the calamari as an early appetizer. We returned later for dinner, and then again for wine. Staff also very friendly. Our room was very clean and spacious. Our stay was on a Saturday. Fremont street music very loud until 2:00 AM. Not faulting the hotel. "

"From the gentleman at the front desk that doesn’t want to be bothered, to the angry bellhop, by far, the worst welcome I’ve ever had in Las Vegas. The casino floor and food court were fine. I will even say convenient. Well kept, clean and easy to navigate. The hotel portion was a different story. The noise level was out of this world on floor 7 so if you’re a light sleeper go ahead and book floor 9 or above. One room in our party was on floor 3 and had rented a scooter. The issue is, floor three has a few levels of steps that make it impossible to get the scooter to your room. Also, it didn’t seem to matter what floor you were on, there seemed to be 1 outlet unless your lamp outlet worked (4 rooms total, none of the lamps worked). The rooms are also considerably smaller compared to other hotels in the area. Remember the room with the scooter I mentioned? Had to park it in the hallway because you couldn’t get it past the bed and if he would have pulled it in, you couldn’t get to the bathroom. Just giving you a visual of the space. One room had an employee open their main room door while they were getting out of the shower. No explanation, just said they were checking on things. They do say if you’ve had your do not disturb sign out for more than 48 hours they will do a check but this was a few hours after check in so just be mindful of that. I wasn’t expecting luxury however this stay didn’t meet my very basic expectations. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel. "

"Pool was closed for season was unaware of this as not stated on hotels.com website or I would of just booked a cheeper hotel as that is the reason I booked it because of the pool "

"Pleasantly surprised with this location! Room was small, but beds and pillows were great. Location is awesome if you want to be downtown. Staff is friendly. A bit smoky due to smaller size. "
