"Adorable, cozy, safe and quiet" is how many of our guests refer to us, and we love it!

Our welcoming & large 2-bedroom apartment is located one-half block off the Historic Neosho Square and only a 1-minute walk to downtown dining, salons, galleries, museum, library, biking, fishing, and shopping.

Enjoy private covered front door parking, king bed and full bed, free WiFi, two bedrooms with large closets, leather reclining sofas, (2) 65" Smart TVs, Xbox & much more!

The decor of our beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom apartment has been called "modern historical" and "clean vintage." Whatever the case, we've been blessed with this property and know you will love it as much as our other guests do!

Additional rules:

When you book please message us through the VRBO website with the following:

1) To ensure everyone is fully covered, please provide the full legal name and age for each person who will be spending the night as part of your registered guests. Any changes are REQUIRED to be approved by host before your stay, per our insurance regulations. Failure to provide this will result in reservation cancellation and/or additional fees.

2) We want to make your stay the very best it can be! If you like, please let us know what brings you to town and we will be more than happy to make some suggestions for restaurants, shopping, entertainment, parks and anything else that might be of interest to you.

• More than the registered people in the reservation overnight will result in fines up to $150 per person, per day.

• There is a maximum guest limit of 8 people during daytime hours (7 a.m. to 10 p.m.). Non-registered guests must leave by 10 p.m. Only the people named & listed in the reservation can spend the night.

• No smoking inside or outside the unit. Renters will be charged $250 for violation.

• If you break the no pets policy there will be a $150 dollar fee in addition to a special pet cleaning fee of $150 for a total of $300 additional charges.

• Stays longer than 21 days will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

• Quiet time is from 10 p.m.-7 a.m.

Host was very nice and let us check in an hour early. The place was clean for the most part, floors could have been a little cleaner. Beds were not very comfortable especially the 1st bed when you walk in, my mother had to sleep on the couch. Need a little step ladder to reach the cabinets with the dishes as they are too tall. But for the price it was nice having the room compared to staying in a hotel to be able to visit with family during the day and close to everything downtown.

Neosho Stay

We enjoyed having the space to relax and visit without the cramped feeling that comes with a hotel. Being able to cook meals was a big plus. We would gladly stay here again if the opportunity presents itself again. Our host was helpful through the entire process.
