Excellent water quality! 4k TV, Excellent air conditioning, but I would usually turn it off because it made me feel even too cold for me since the ceiling vent was right above my bed. Amber and Julien were superstar hosts and made our 2 night stay even better with their recommendations for restaurants, and directions to the Balcony of of Europe, Frigiliana, bus, beach… Nice pool area. We enjoyed talking with other guests around the pool and in the shared kitchen area.」

「Great location 5mins walk into the old town. Room and bed was on the small side but nice & clean. 「Check in process was non personal through an app. Also was a serious pain. Shower would NOT drain. Took 5 days to get it fixed in order to not stand in water and black mold. Not once was the toilet paper put on a roll dispenser. No soap ever put in the shower container. Apparently training for the housekeepers is minimal? The only staff on premise was the kitchen staff. They tried to help, but wasn't their responsibility. The location is a 10. But, the hotel is a 3 maybe? It needs a huge...
