AP378 Casa Maria - Burriana

Bright and modern 3 bed holiday home with communal swimming pool and various terrace areas within easy walking distance of Burriana Beach.

Situated in a quiet urbanization only 700m and 12 minute walk to the well-known Burriana Beach. The property is distributed over 2 floors that are beautifully decorated from top to bottom and comprises of the following: the ground floor has entrance hall, shower room, independent kitchen fully equipped with fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine and all of the necessary crockery and utensils. The kitchen has access to a small terrace facing the street. Past the entrance hall is a spacious living/dining room furnished with a comfortable and large sofa, armchair and dining table that seats up to 6 people, AC, TV with Spanish and International channels and Wifi internet all throughout the accommodation. From the living room there is direct access to a west-facing terrace with plenty of sunshine, table and chairs, sunbeds, BBQ and sitting area. On this floor is one bedroom with one double bed, built-in wardrobe, AC and also access to the terrace.

The first floor consists of a second bedroom fitted with two single beds, built-in wardrobe, AC and a small balcony; a sitting area (reading room), a master bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobes, AC and access to a west-facing terrace furnished with two chairs and with views looking over the communal swimming pool. Both bedrooms share a good-sized bathroom.



Overall, this accommodation is ideal for any family looking to spend their holidays in a quiet urbanization close to Burriana, with swimming pool and plenty of outside space to enjoy.



There is an assigned parking sport in a communal garage which is included in the booking

Pasamos el fin de año en familia. Casa muy cómoda y bien ubicada. Sin grandes vistas, pero con buena relación calidad/precio. Bonita decoración y cocina bien equipada.
