Our 3rd visit to this Villa, we always love coming back and in particular the outside space! Air conditioning upstairs, is a must! Would benefit from outdoor settees and bigger umbrellas for those who want some shade from the sun.

Wonderful villa in great location

The villa is comfortable and spacious, with great sea views. The balcony gets sun all day., which is a bonus in the Winter. It is perfectly located 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 mins to town. No e really. Lovely stay thank you.

Another wonderful stay

This is our fourth visit to the villa and we are always very sad to leave. Such a wonderful location with stunning views of the sunrise and sunset from the terrace. Paradise rentals are a small family business with a excellent, friendly team and were always quick to deal with any issues we had. Nerja is a fabulous base for hiking and the town is full of many good restaurants.

Relaxing and spacious Villa

Fantastic Villa, plenty of space to spread out with 3 teenagers. The pool and outside space was brilliant. Beautiful views from the terrace and balcony. Everything that you would need is provided. The only slight negative was the high temperature in the lounge and kitchen area, fans were there which made a difference.

A lovely villa in a great location with amazing views. It is however up a very steep hill from the beach/restaurants, which in a very hot July made carrying any shopping back quite tricky! No air con upstairs meant the main kitchen/living area was unusable as it was like an oven.

The villa has outstanding views in both directions - it is set on a corner plot and has a lot of outside space. Lovely balcony area from lounge/kitchen and large terrace around pool. Access to Pool through a bedroom - or through front door and around side - not ideal. No outside shower for use before using pool. Location was fine for the beach but a trek for going into town and supermarket.

Rymligt hus med toppenläge

Vi trivdes väldigt bra i villan och i det lugna villakvarteret. Från huset tar det ca10 minuter att ta sig ner till stranden och ca 30 minuter, i lugn takt, att promenera in till stadskärnan med alla mysiga restauranger och butiker. Köket i villan var välutrustat vilket vi uppskattade då vi lagade en del mat hemma. Det enda vi egentligen saknade var en till skärbräda, då det bara fanns en och den var väldigt sliten. Lamporna ovanför spisen fungerade inte heller. Fastighetsvärden ordnade dock med belysningen och vi fick även två nya skärbrädor, vilket vi uppskattade. Vi saknade även lite basvaror som vi tidigare alltid upplevt brukar finnas kvar efter tidigare gäster, ex. olivolja, salt, peppar, kaffefilter m.m. Här fanns ingenting i köksskåpet, endast ett saltkar, så allt fick inhandlas. Pingisbordet ute vid poolen uppskattades stort! Kontakten med Nerja Paradise Rentals var bra både innan avresan och under själva vistelsen och de svarade snabbt på mejl, vilket var toppen. Smidig incheckning och utcheckning.
