Los leones villa

Location was great. 10/15 min walk to central town but lots of bars and restaurants close by. Accommodated 8 of us (4 couples. Maybe extra set of keys...just as we split up abit and all did our own thing some days but had to leave set in box for last ones home. A minor detail.

We loved the pool but too cold for the adults. The location good for walking and nice to have parking. We would have enjoyed towels for the pool and light blankets for the beds

Lovely stay in Nerja

Excellent service as usual, third time we have stayed in one of your villas. Location excellent for Nerja centre. Villa could do with a new kitchen. Ants were a problem compared with any other Nerja accommodation that we have stayed in. I think the Villa could do with the occasional thorough ant treatment.

Rental company were very helpful from start to finish

Rental company were very helpful from start to finish. Villa is well located for town and beach. Pool and surrounding area were good and well enjoyed. All was good value. All I really need to say is that we booked again for next year while we were still there. Check the keys and the lock to the gate as one was very difficult to use and open. On the whole, we very much enjoyed our stay and have booked direct for next year, so I think that says a lot. Thank you for your help.

We stated at the lovely Los Leones villa in Nerja for a family wedding. The villa is lovely and spacious, beautiful pool area. The doors in the bedrooms/bathroom could do with some wd40 as make quite alot of noise when opening & closing. Doors need wd40

The villa was perfectly located

The villa was perfectly located. It was a 5 minute walk down to Burriana beach and 14 minutes walk to Balcon de europa with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants on the way. There were small supermarkets minutes away from the villa but we did all our shopping at the Mercadona that was 11 minutes walk away. The swimming pool is a great size with plenty of sun loungers. If you haven’t been to Nerja before then you really should give it a try as it is a beautiful area. There is definitely no need to hire a car whilst staying at this villa. Our host responded quickly to any messages which was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Had the most amazing week in this villa with family . It had everything we could ever have needed. Would highly recommend nerja paradise rentals. They were very easy to deal with and answered all our queries. I hope to book this villa or similar with them again I know there is a problem with ants at times, but as soon as we notified nerja paradise rentals of them, they immediately came with products to treat them. Otherwise all was perfect

Beautiful villa in peaceful environment between the best beach (Burriana) and the center. Very conveniently located for both. The villa was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. We absolutely loved the pool area, and it was a delight to wake up in the morning, go out on the balcony, have a coffee and listen to the sound of birds (no traffic). Also lovely to have family dinner outside in the patio. This house ideal for family vacations - we were seven persons and it felt that we had plenty of space. Everything in the villa was perfect, except for the hours we suffered without water one day. We would have liked to have a quicker respons to our emergency call. Otherwise we were very satisfied, and would love to come back.

Good location and beautiful town Real problem with ants. Ants in all the bathrooms and basins even getting in to our toiletries and toothbrushes! In kitchen they were finding any food not put in refrigerator. Also 7 days is a long time with one set of towels. We all thought towels should have been replaced half way through our stay.

Logement très bien situé et bien equipé. Centre ville et plage a 10 min a pied. Supermarché a 5 min. Literie un peu rigide pour nous. Nous n’avons pas eu de problème de bruit du tout. La rue est peu passante. Par contre l’insonorisation entre les deux maisons a l’étage est presque inexistante, meme si nous n’avons pas eu de problème. Le parking dans la maison est très utile. Piscine entretenue. Parfait pour une découverte de nerja.

Wir sind zufällig auf die Villa Los Leones gestoßen und haben diese aufgrund der zahlreichen positiven Bewertungen und der sehr guten Lage in Nerja gemietet.Zusammenfassend hatten wir mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt! Die Villa war extrem sauber und sehr schön zurecht gemacht. Das Interieur war teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was dem Gesamteindruck aber keinen Abbruch getan hat. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Ausstattung der Küche. Diese ließ überhaupt keine Wünsche offen. Teller, Gläser, Tassen, Besteck etc. waren reichlich vorhanden, was wir in Spanien bislang meist ganz anderes erlebt haben. Hin und wieder hatten wir mit ein paar Ameisen zu kämpfen, aber das gehört in Nerja erfahrungsgemäß auch ein Stück weit dazu. Der Pool war sehr sauber, wurde gegen Ende unseres Aufenthaltes dann aber ein wenig trüb (was allerdings zeitnah behoben wurde).Wirklich positiv empfanden wir auch die Kommunikation mit der die Villa verwaltenden Agentur. Auf An- und Nachfragen wurde umgehend reagiert, eine defekte Kaffeemaschine innerhalb einer Stunde ausgetauscht. Zur Mitte unseres Aufenthaltes hin fand eine Zwischenreinigung mir Handtuchwechsel statt, die ebenfalls super durchgeführt wurde.Die Lage der Villa ist wirklich herausragend. Von dieser erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten den Burriana-Strand, die Innenstadt, aber auch die nördlich gelegene Hauptstraße.Unterm Strich würden wir diese Villa definitiv wieder buchen!!!
