Assolutamente non all'altezza delle aspettative, se si pensa ad un hotel a 5*. A parte il fatto di avere le camere in un castello e molte al di fuori di esso (consiglio di leggere attentamente le informazioni sulla loro ubicazione prima della prenotazione) non ha alcunché dei servizi dei 5*. La nostra stanza era molto piccola, con un arredamento arrangiato e un nauseante odore di fogna che proveniva dal bagno, olezzo che si è diffuso in tutta la camera durante la notte, nonostante la porta chiusa, e non ci ha consentito di dormire serenamente. Il minibar sfornito in parte di ciò che avrebbe dovuto contenere e con gli avanzi di cibo di ospiti precedenti (e non mi soffermo sullo loro avanzato stato di deperimento). L'asse del water rotto e la mancanze del bidet, sostituito da piccoli getti d'acqua all'interno del water stesso (igenico?!). Il ristorante non disponibile per via di un evento privato e la piscina inerdetta dalla pioggia. Personale cortese e disponibile, ma la struttura non ci è sembrata affatto confortevole.

Castello stupendo anche se l'adattamento ad albergo spesso è da filmetto di qualche regista americano (ignorante). Camera piccola e scomoda non certo all'altezza del prezzo, servizio pessimo, ristorante che di elevato aveva solo il prezzo. Personale scortese e Ignorante, forse non sanno neppure dove si trovano ne' in che contesto.

The building itself was very cool. The furnishings need some thought and money put into them. The spaces could feel and be used so much better than they are so it's a bit disappointing. The amenities are not very clear. What is stated on the website was not mentioned or encouraged by the staff. We never did get the wifi to work. The staff was not rude, but not welcoming either. It's too bad because there is very little to do in the town below so the castle really should be an experience. The breakfast was very good. The dinner was just a bit above average, but not badly priced.

Bom, mas podia ser melhor

O castelo é lindo, entretanto muito mal conservado e com muitas áreas sujas, nos passou uma sensação de desleixo. Lembre de não levar muitas malas pq ninguém vai te ajudar com elas e o acesso para alguns quadros é um tanto difícil. Chegamos num dia em que havia um casamento no hotel e não conseguimos nem jantar no hotel.

Exceeded expectations!

Amazing! Castle exceeded our expectations. My family and I enjoyed two wonderful nights at the castle. Spent one day exploring the castle and the nearby village and the next day we went to Rome. Also, I had forgot my bag with passports and called the reception and they quickly found the bag with all contents intact. I am beyond grateful for the caring staff.

Le château est splendide , le personnel au top . Plusieurs bémols pour notre séjour , la piscine hors service car en travaux .Notre chambre n était pas dans le château mais à côté ,nous aurions aimé le savoir . Un soir on ne pouvait pas visiter le château car il était réservé pour un anniversaire . Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas .

Wonderful castle experience!

Amazing opportunity to experience castle in a new way was warmly appreciated by our family even though we spent the night at the old villa next to the castle (where they have some rooms as well). The breakfast was great and served at the castle.

The castle was everything we hoped for! Furnished with tapestries and suits of armor. Circular stairway in our two-story tower room. Drinks on the terrace at sunset, views over the countryside. Nerola itself is quite small, but charming with its tiny streets and clinging-to-the-hillside houses. Only disappointment was that the pool was drained during our visit, which was also during the “El Infierno” heatwave.

로마에서 1시간 거리의 고성을 리모델링한 호텔입니다. 복층구조이며 화장실도 깨끗하고 방도 깔끔하고 리셉션직원들도 모두 친절했습니다. 방이외에도 호텔 곳곳에 쉬거나 구경할 곳들이 많았고, 아침 조식은 훌륭했습니다. 갖가지 쥬스 요거트 디져트, 바로한 오믈렛과 베이컨등이 였습니다. 수영장을 안하는것이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 꼭 추천합니다.

We booked a room here for three days as it offered a swimming pool and spa facilities including a massage centre. Firstly, access was difficult as the lift went to the second floor and reception was about 20 steps down on the first floor and our room was down even more stairs. The door to our room was not secure as the double-doors had previously been forced and the bolt no longer secured the second part of the door. There was a trip hazard of frayed carpet on the steps up to the bathroom. The shower comprised a shower attachment to the bath taps and there was mould around the bath. There was no internet connection on the wi-fi. The swimming pool was closed the day we arrived and we were told they did not know when it would reopen. The massage centre was closed because "they had two company bookings" whilst we were there. All our complaints were treated as a minor inconvenience by the staff. After two hours we decided to move on and cancelled the other two nights of our stay the first evening. To round things off, the evening meal was very poor.
