「It has potential to be better. Nice room, comfortable bed. Bathroom floor was dirty. No staff onsite, but, were available through a chat. Nicely decorated/industrial loft vibe. Thin walls, we could hear everyone around and above us- we were also next to the elevator and a very loud group right above our unit had a late check in on our last night with multiple trips on the elevator (no less than 8). We had to wonder about fire safety- our unit had a sealed inaccessible window and no fire escape...

「The BnB is good, just be aware Memphis is in decay/decline. Not a single street or road has been maintained in the last 20 years.Downtown has all the new construction as far as hotels and arenas, but midtown is the orphan as far as care. TV was bragging there were ONLY 3700 cars stolen Jan-May 2024,compared to 5200 same time last year. Piles of debris,junk,old furniture along the streets all over the city add to the impression of abandonment.」

「Loft was in a perfect and safe location. We were able to walk to the river park, Main and Beale street, trolley stop, and great restaurants.Very clean. Furniture and beds were uncomfortable. The building had an overwhelming smell of marijuana. Our loft did not.」

「My husband, mom and I were in town to visit Graceland and explore the area so it was a quick trip - only 2 nights. This place was close to Graceland - very convenient. We rented a car making it easy to get around. I didn't see many taxis or ubers, so highly recommend renting a car if you want to do a bit of exploring. Would stay here again if ever we were going to be in the area. Daphne was very responsive! She made sure the lights were on when I let her know we'd be arriving very late.」

「Cy was awesome! When he didn't hear from me he made sure to watch for us as he lives close by and met us at the house since my response was never sent to confirm we knew the code to enter. The only thing that was missing was a pizza cutter my mistake for not confirming before I went to the store otherwise there's everything that you need to cook some food if you're cooking something. The place was spotless and if you're worried about security there's a state of the art system including cameras...

「The house and yard was very clean and inviting. The rain left the outdoor patio chairs wet and dirty. But the warm waters of the Spa made up for that. My grandchildren had a blast. A very friendly neighbor and his dog introduced themselves during our visit. The owners set very clear expectations for the use of their property. That made it easy to decline extra visitors I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Memphis. I hope the owners would welcome us back.」

「Location is just a short 5 minute drive to Beale Street, The Bass Pro Shop Pyramid and Mudd Island and it only took us around 20 minutes to reach Graceland. The private parking pad in back of house was a plus. The house was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the little second story belcony. Great place to sit and have an evening drink or morning coffee. During our visit we did noticed a smoke smell upstairs despite the house being non-smoking. Overall I would recommend this property.」
