「We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was in the perfect location for us—close to downtown, Overton Square, and also close to Radians Amphitheater where we attended a music festival. It was central to all the things! The house is beautiful, and we had everything we needed. We communicated with the hosts with some questions, and they responded quickly and kindly. We loved EVERYTHING about this property. We are already talking about making another trip to Memphis and staying there...

「Good: clean house, very well-stocked. They even had fresh coffee and tea. The towels were nice quality. The overall house was just cute. The house sits two houses in from train tracks and is on the flight path to the airport but after a day we didn’t notice it anymore. Very cute neighborhood and easy walk to restaurants. Very responsive host.
Needs Improvement: 90 minutes late checking in because the maids weren’t done. Front lawn needed attention. Towels were put away wet and we had to wash...
