“I booked a king room but was given a twin room instead, which affected my comfort and sleep throughout my stay. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or attempt to resolve it, and I was told to contact my travel agent instead. Management were dismissive and unhelpful when. Calling to reception and if call was answered by senior staff, on 2 occasions I requesting simple things such as milk and water was responded to rudely & unhelpfully. The dining experience was also disappointing,……

“Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family……

If you want to stay close enough to the action but far enough from the craziness of Sunny Beach this hotel is a fantastic option. If I go back to Sunny Beach, I……
