"The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. "We booked for four nights and managed 1! When first arriving at the location we were not welcomed and instead made to feel as if we were a burden. After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning.
