“Positiv ​Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. ​Es gibt ausreichend Platz für alle Gäste und auch der Strand ist gut. ​Das All-Inclusive-Essen ist in Ordnung. ​Negativ ​Vom Personal geht eine spürbare Demotivation aus; bei Anfragen hat man sofort das Gefühl, zur Last zu fallen. ​Als „My favorite Club“-Gast wurden wir die ersten zwei Tage schlichtweg ignoriert und sich selbst überlassen, statt die erwartete Hilfsbereitschaft zu erfahren. ​Der Service ist insgesamt nicht vorhanden und……

“Stayed in the junior suite with a beautiful sea view mid September 26 Lovely spacious clean room with a modern and practical design. The whole hotel has been recently decorated to a high standard couldn’t fault the cleanliness throughout. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh clean towels. The staff were all very friendly around the hotel making our holiday as relaxed and easy as we wanted. Reception was particularly helpful nothing was too much trouble for Stanislav and the team. Big……

“It has everything you need and more. Clean spacious rooms, lobby, restaurant and poolside areas. Indoor pool, gym, steam room and sauna are a bonus. Great service from all staff and especially from the animation team. Food was varied enough with some special themed nights. The drinks selection is good enough with plenty of self-serve options. The self-serve ice cream machine was great as well. Good-sized pools with separate areas for children. A 20-minute walk to Nesebar.”

“Väldigt bra frukostbuffe. Sköna sängar. Tyst. Stort badrum med badkar. Fina balkonger. Nära stranden. Minus att spa avdelningen stänger så tidigt som kl sju på kvällen. Annars var upplevelsen jättebra! Återvänder gärna. ”

“Firstly, most importantly Kseniya the lady in the hotel everyday treated all guests with a friendly and helpful manner. I’ve travelled a lot and most staff have been ok. This place I would give 10 stars for the service and how they treated guests. Which far more important than anything else. Next the location is brilliant . WiFi is brilliant. Breakfast they catered to what I wanted which was amazing and made fresh in the morning. The taxi’s are a rip off here. Just ask hotel staff to find……

“Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family……
