Stayed in the junior suite with a beautiful sea view mid September 26 Lovely spacious clean room with a modern and practical design. The whole hotel has been recently decorated to a high standard couldn’t fault the cleanliness throughout. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh clean towels. The staff were all very friendly around the hotel making our holiday as relaxed and easy as we wanted. Reception was particularly helpful nothing was too much trouble for Stanislav and the team. Big thank you to all the staff especially the kitchen staff the food was great. Great location on the beautiful beach short walk to the busy bars and restaurants would definitely recommend and return.

Our room was smelling of paint when we checked in. The airconditioner in our room doesn't work which made it difficult to sleep at night. We were told they were working on it but doing an online seach revealed this is an ongoing issue based on many guest comments to the extent the stopped advertising they have airconditioning, altough some rooms still have airconditioming sign on expedia info pages. The food is abundant but material used appears to be lowest possible quality. The restaurant is very busy leading to long queues during evening meals. Another important factor is the hotel doesnt provide beach towels or sunbeds, but those could be purchased from the next door hotel. Positives are the hotel is close to beach, rooms are newly furnished, staff in the restaurant appeared to hard hard and were kind.

The hotel is modern, stylish, and offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The dining experience is excellent, with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes, and food and drinks are available throughout the day at multiple locations. Cleanliness is outstanding—staff are constantly maintaining public areas, which always look immaculate. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. We visited in September when the atmosphere was calm and uncrowded, making it easy to find poolside chairs and umbrellas. Evenings include an entertainment program, with schedules available at reception. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable, featuring balconies with chairs and a table—perfect for morning coffee with a sea view. The beach is just across the pedestrian walkway; while the hotel does not provide umbrellas or loungers, rentals are available nearby. The area is walkable and safe, ideal for evening strolls to the shopping district, though souvenir quality is limited. A small train runs between hotels, adding a charming touch. We stayed all-inclusive and enjoyed every meal. There are a lot of restaurants for dining outside the hotel. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, excellent service, and convenience. We would highly recommend it for travelers seeking a relaxing, well-maintained, and enjoyable stay.

Като цяло хотелът ни хареса много. Всичко беше хубаво – храната, обслужването и чистотата. Прекарахме чудесно и бихме посетили хотела отново. Единственият недостатък беше, че климатикът не работеше и това беше неприятно, особено заради топлото време. Ако климатикът работеше нормално, всичко щеше да бъде перфектно. Като цяло сме доволни от престоя си и бихме го препоръчали на други туристи. 🌸
