It was our first time at the Secrets sunny beach. Overall it is a nice resort with great view from the balcony. Since it’s end of season, there were outdated beach umbrellas, cold pool and a lot of repetitive food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some impressive hotels nearby but need to clear the small shops on the walkway to the central square.

We recently stayed at Secrets Sunny Beach Resort and Spa - Premium All Inclusive - Adults Only, and we were very satisfied! The food was simply excellent – a wide variety and very delicious. I would also like to mention that everything was clean and tidy, which made our stay even more pleasant. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and provide information. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I will definitely return!

We booked for 4 nights as a couples break but loved it so much that we put our flights back 3 days and booked to stay a further 3 nights on the hotels.com app. Beds are hige and very comfortable. Room is huge and clean/ brand new condition. Very modern.

Enjoyable stay

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Good service in the restaurant and at the Rendezvous bar. Spacious room and cleaned daily to a good standard. Minor niggle the cost of parking is a bit steep when we had already paid for our stay. The lifts were a bit crowded at busy times. The spa was OK there was a charge to use the sauna and steam room so it was pristine and empty! The location is good, we did a trip to Nesbar and to Varna both of which were enjoyable. The beach is well kept and lovely for swimming. All in all an enjoyable stay and good value for money.

My family and I stayed here 2 years ago, when it was owned by RIU and had a fantastic experience. After this recent stay, I wouldn’t go back especially for the price your paying . Elevators were horrible had to take the stairs a couple of times. We had notice the lack of service, especially being at an all inclusive when asking for a cappuccino for example it almost seemed like a chore for the servers you could see them pushing each other “like you go make it. I will say the view of the sea is probably only the best part, hopefully they can make things how they used to be.

Vi hörde att minst 4 andra gäster hade blivit dåliga, men inga åtgärder verkade vidtas. • Finns 4 hissar. En hiss va trasig hela vår vistelse, i en annan pep/tjöt det konstant. Vi va här i maj innan säsongen drog igång, och spenderade väldigt mycket tid med att vänta på dessa hissar. • Först fick de slut på en läsk på hela hotellet. Och trots att de gick flera dagar fick de inte in mer av varan. Sen tog servetterna slut i restaurangen, så de fick använda några som va betydligt billigare och av sämre kvalitet. Samma sak med toalettpappret. Men tålamodet tog slut när hotellet hade slut på flaskvatten de sista två dagarna vi va där, och började servera kranvatten istället. Vi som då redan hade varit matförgiftade en gång, fick då gå och köpa vatten på flaska själva. • Kvaliteten på drycken från baren varierade väldigt. Vissa gånger smakade de fantastiskt, andra smakade de bara sprit eller så va kaffet blaskigt.

Vi stokoste oss med flott stort rom i 11 etg. Bra utvalg og mulighter mhp mat og drikker. Fin lokasjon med kort vei til stranda. Hyggelig betjening. Eneste som trekker litt ned er heisene som er trege og "dumme" og vannet i basseget kunne vært et par grader varmere.

The brochure says "335 rooms, all with spectacular views, all overlooking the sea". This is totally untrue. Floors 1 and 2 overlook rows and rows of solar panels, seagull faeces and litter thrown from the apartments above. If you like being woken at 05.00 every morning with the chorus of seagulls outside your door to the balcony, then this is the place for you. We left a day early as fortunately i was able to move around my travel plans. I would not touch this place with a barge pole again. Don't park your car there. 10 euros per day and when you come back to it it is covered in tree sap, bird crap and every other piece of dirt that sticks to the tree sap. It was so bad my drivers door was actually stuck and I had to force it open. Overall this hotel is not worth the money. I have been to 52 countries, in every continent and I have to say this rates in the bottom 3 of them all. And I've stayed in Manaus Jungle in a tree top and that was better!!! If i could have left earlier I would have. It was just not possible with the travel plans to do so. Just go somewhere else people. You will regret it otherwise. I do!!!

We loved our stay at Riu overall. The only bad part is there is no bar/restaurant on the beach so we had to go up to the pool bar while on the beach. We would like to recognize two people who made our stay even more enjoyable- Luchezar, who was one of the lead bartenders. He was fun, personable and immediately made a great impression. Also George- pool attendant but he was mostly on the beach. Every time we saw George he was working hard, we never saw him just stand around!!! He was also very welcoming and helpful.
