Overall the hotel and staff were very nice and polite. The only problem we had was at the breakfast on the second morning Soft poached eggs were ordered but after waiting for 15 minutes and reminding staff, they came out like bullets! The rest of the food was quite cold as well

整體可接受
離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。

We stayed for one night as we had tickets to see Texas at Lincoln Castle and wished we had booked for longer.
