A beautiful aparthotel with welcoming lobby area with cappuccino coffee machine. Staff was amazingly friendly and patient! Our room had a convenient kitchenette and this was wonderful for after busy sightseeing days. Short walk to lovely mall with grocery store. We loved everything and would stay here again 100%!

The hotel had a charmingly quaint atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff in a secure location. The continental breakfast was quite generous, and they provided coffee throughout the day. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable.

Great location, a short walk from the main old town area, alternatively public transport is fairly accessible to and from the main station. The area surrounding the hotel is fairly absent of much to do asides from a restaurant and bakery. Rooms were clean, cosy and quiet. Couldn’t find a real fault worth raising

We really enjoyed our quick stay at Rioca! Finding a Brazilian themed hotel in Germany was so cute and fun. We loved all the amenities on the apartment such as the swing, the microwave, fridge, wireless charging stations, and smart TV. Everything was very clean and tidy and parking was a breeze (costs about €20 per night, so be prepared for that). Really friendly reception and awesome overall vibe. We would love to stay again!

Lola, Pedro and all of staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The decor is unique. Everything is provided including a self serve coffee machine. The location is good because it is an easy walk to Neu-Ulm railway station and not too far to walk to the old part of town. The area is very quiet. A great place.

Apart from the unipersonal check-in process via a tablet, my stay was excellent. Good AC, confortable bed, great shower, amazing kitchenette. Breakfast was yummy but a tad too expensive... Also, nice roof terrace!

Great vibe and all needs met. Rooms lovely and kitchen area with fridge and stove top. Welcome multi seating areas in the lobby…work tables, TV and games, cafe style. Easy walk to grocery or to downtown tourist area. Staff delightful. Breakfast delicious. Construction in neighborhood should be done soon but not too noisy . Oh, and even parking!

So good!! Spotlessly clean, friendly/knowledgeable staff (who speak fluent English), great little studio apartment with all the amenities. Lucas was awesome during check in and when I needed anything! Gustavo was helpful at checkout. I love the Brazilian themed decor and there’s all kinds of storage with dishes, tools etc to make your stay that much nicer. I thought it was a great value for the price but I may have just gotten a good deal through the booking site I used. Don’t hesitate, you’ll love it!!

I have traveled to many countries and enjoyed many fine accommodations, but the Rioca Posto 5 stands out among them all as a fine gem. The apartment Rio de Jeneiro was not really a kitchenette, it looked and felt more like a luxury studio apartment. I am still surprised at the incredible value I received at this property. Amenities such as the rooftop terrace, location to the town center and the walking parks along the Danube were exceptional. But none of that is what made the Rioca Posto 5 a rare find…it was the staff. At the front desk, Gustav and Lucas are consummate professionals who are both courteous and mindful. They became in the end not just exemplary staff at the Rioca, but good friends. In fact when you leave your stay at the Rioca Posto 5 you leave with the feeling you have just had a vacation visit with family. Not kidding. Thank you Gustav and Lucas for an amazing experience at your property! Thanks also to all of the staff there who made my stay in Neu-Ulm a very memorable value I will never forget. I will be returning to Neu-Ulm next Spring and will be booking a long term stay with this amazing property and their awesome staff again. I CAN’T WAIT!!!

The adjacent building tenants are a bit noisy. The property is trying very hard to be Brazilian and not blend in with the local culture - all of the staff is Brazilian as well. The staff isn't very friendly.
