The holiday home is being built with the highest building biology, design and architectural standards. The solid wood breathes inside and out and creates living comfort at the highest level. Furniture and windows are made to measure by carpenters - the staircase is a work of craftsmanship and the masonry work supports contemporary history. All details were lovingly designed and implemented with local craftsmen. The house offers the luxury and privacy of a hotel with en-suite bathroom and at the same time the communal comfort of a holiday home with a fully equipped kitchen, TV corner and south-facing balcony with mountain views.
