NO Door between the room and the toilet.

The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. There is NO door between the toilet and the room. The answer from the staff was: “The hotel in new, we didn’t had time to install it”. We did a reservation about 2 months in advance. As you may imagine, this is not very romantic. No compensation or room change was offered. There was 1 glass for drinking water, in room intended for 2 people. The soap dispenser was empty. We were disturbed by room cleaning in the morning, even we let the staff know our departure time. Seems like management doesn’t care, rather letting the employees deal with the problems. How can you rent a room to a couple without a door separating the toilet???? You could at least mention it in the room details? How can’t you put a door for 2 months? As we understand, many rooms are missing doors.

Room was tiny, cramped - even considering a single person. Room had no amenities - no soap (available soap dispenser attached to wall was not workable!!) Staff indifferent to plain unhappy, not caring. I was quite disappointed.

Sehr gute Wahl

Nach einer Übernachtung und einem ausgiebigen Frühstück bin ich voll des Lobes für dieses Haus. Modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service und ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Auch die Parkplatzsituation am und rund um das Hotel ist sehr entspannt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
