The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. However, for a single female I would not recommend this property. There is no peep hole to look out the door if someone is knocking on your door, and the rooms don’t have a phone to call down to the front desk. Additionally the walls are very thin, so it’s not unusual to hear noise from your neighbours.

Due to the fact that every guest has one or more mobile phones nowadays, a telephone system was not used when the hotel was built. So far we have had no feedback that anyone felt unsafe with us. Room size was too small for 3 people. The location was too far from the central part of the city. There was no nearby restaurants, so we had to drive a bit. There was no tea/coffee arrangement in the room. The toilet was too small. I don't think the room rate I paid was worth for this hotel. Not fully satisfied.

At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. I would like to give you the following feedback: Unfortunately, we cannot change anything about the location of the hotel. The hotel can be seen on every digital map on the Internet, so that every guest has the opportunity to find out exactly where the hotel is located. The "Klosterrüti" bus stop is right in front of the door. The bus takes you to the city center of Baden within 10 minutes. The bus ticket is included in the room price. The ibis hotels are standardized, which is why we also have no influence on the room size. We will be happy to forward your feedback to the relevant department for upcoming new construction projects. Did you see our snack menu? We do not have a restaurant, but we offer a 24/7 snack menu which is served by our reception. The nearest restaurant is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We would be happy to give you tips at reception. Unfortunately, a coffee and tea station is not standard in ibis hotels in Switzerland. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Sincerely, Toni Stegemann

Wettingen이나 Baden 시내에서 거리가 있는 점은 아쉽지만 이 근교에서 가장 깨끗하고 좋은 시설을 가진 호텔입니다. 걸어갈 거리에 식당도 많아 식사를 해결하기 좋습니다. 다만 편의점 등을 이용하려면 최소 20여분을 걸어나가야 한다는 점은 아쉽습니다.

Check-in auch spät (nach 23 Uhr) möglich. Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war klein, aber gut und modern ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war qualitativ einwandfrei und von der Auswahl ausreichend für eine schnelle Mahlzeit zum Start in den Arbeitstag. Wenn man viel Zeit mitbringt und ausgiebig frühstücken will, dürfte es vielleicht etwas mehr Auswahl sein.

personnel très aimable, propreté impeccable et petit déjeuner fabuleux. Assez bruyant, à côté de l'autoroute, fenêtres ne peuvent pas être ouvertes la nuit.
