“I don know how this place has a 7/10 our stay was alright the bed was good and we were able to cook meals. But there was the most horrific smell coming from the bathroom, I asked if they could fix it and they said they would. But other than that I didn’t hear anything from them and the smell continued to exist. It was so bad. Like I can’t explain how bad it smelled. Also the overall security and safety of the building is pretty concerning. The front door is either wide open or completely……

“Beautiful place to stay close to the train line and from there you can go anywhere! Also with a kitchenette you can save money on restaurants and cook your own food! I loved that place”

“this was a work trip. we booked 3 rooms for 5 nights. all 3 rooms heater was not working except the room in the bathroom. It was end Nov and temp was 2 deg c outside. text them about the non heater but no follow up. ”

“Checked in on Saturday and out early Monday, while the team works Monday to Friday. Everything was smooth, but in case of any issues, there is no support over the weekend. It would be helpful if the team could reach out on Thursday to let guests know their working hours and check if there are any questions. Great location, close to the underground and bus stations. The room is clean and tidy, with a comfy bed. One of the toilet paper rolls was partially wet, so only one clean roll was……

“Eigentlich ein gutes Angebot. Aber leider war das Waschbecken an der Kante beschädigt, im Bad fanden wir tote Insekten, es gab keine Handtuchhalter. Schön wäre auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank, gerade im Sommer. Grundsätzlich geht das Einchecken einfach, aber die Anleitung zum Öffnen der Zimmertüre ist m.E. unklar. Schade, das Konzept ist gut, aber es fehlt halt doch "das Auge des Herrn".”

“Gutes Zimmer, großes Badezimmer, Küche zweckmäßig mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und kleinem Geschirrspüler. Es gibt eine kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage und einen Edeka direkt gegenüber.”

“Overall, the living condition was ok. But it seems they didn't do the cleaning everyday. And they will not change the towels everyday unless you ask.”
