Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Chalet ist einfach fanatisch. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Badeteich ist sehr schön angelegt und wir waren fast jeden Tag schwimmen. Der Fitnessraum ist zwar nicht sehr groß aber die Geräte sind alle in einem sehr guten Zustand. Was schade war, dass es auf dem Kinderspielplatz keinen Schatten gab. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auch nochmal wiederkommen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Brötchenservice ist genial und es war sehr schön, dass Kaffeemaschine mit Bohnen versorgt war, Klopapier war ebenfalls genügend vorhanden. Die komplette Einrichtung ist sehr wertig und wunderschön. Für uns und sogar für unsere Hunde gab es ein kleines Überraschungspaket zur Begrüßung. Der Ausblick ist genial. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu negatives. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Die NationalparkCard, die man für den Aufenthalt erhält, ist das Sahnehäubchen: 60 Attraktionen in der Umgebung sind kostenlos, sodass man immer gut beschäftigt ist (wenn man möchte)

Unser Aufenthalt mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Teenagern war sehr gut. Die Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend groß, genug Badezimmer vorhanden und der Wohnbereich großzügig. Die Küche war außerordentlich gut ausgestattet mit mehr als ausreichendem Geschirr. Kleiner Punktabzug: die Pfannen müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten gibt es nicht viel zu beanstanden, die Lage war etwas außerhalb des Ortes aber das ist wohl für eine Ferienanlage normal. Wir können dieses Chalet auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Nuestra estancia en el Alpine Chalet en Neukirchen am Großvenediger fue simplemente espectacular, ¡La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo un corto paseo de las pistas, y las vistas desde la terraza eran impresionantes, especialmente al atardecer! El chalet en sí era espacioso, limpio y tenía todas las comodidades que podríamos pedir, Los niños disfrutaron de la sala de juegos, mientras que nosotros nos relajamos en la sauna después de un día de esquí, ¡Nuestro grupo de amigos se sintió como en casa aquí!
