"Apartment at back of house was very clean, it’s own entry, kitchenette with refrigerator, fantastic bathroom with doorless dual shower heads and claw foot tub. Had 65” tv, safe parking and king size bed. It was only 1.4 miles from Walnut Creek amphitheater for our concert. Will rent here again. Driving 4 hours for a show with no directions to get in until the day of made us nervous we might sleep in the car. Thanks to the owner. Nice job on decorating the unit."

"This was perfect for our needs. We brought the family pet for NC State Parent and Family Weekend. The location was an easy drive to campus and certainly had anything and everything that we needed. The unit is nicely decorated and the back patio and fire pit are a nice touch. Kate is extremely responsive anytime you have a question. We plan to return often over the next several years while my oldest daughter is at NC State for college and graduate school."

The host was very responsive and accommodated anything we needed for the week. If you’re looking for a getaway while you’re in Raleigh, you don’t have to look far!"
