Tolles Ferienhaus - gerne wieder!

Das Ferienhaus ist hervorragend ausgestattet: von Knoblauchpresse zu Kaffeemaschine ist alles vorhanden! Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und hat viel Charme. Abgesehen von Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Hof, kann man auch auf dem großen Balkon in der Sonne sitzen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist prima. Sie ist Ausgangspunkt verschiedener Wanderungen. Außerdem kann man innerhalb einer halben Stunde die Innenstadt von Neustadt zu Fuß erreichen. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt!

Die schönste Woche des Jahres

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Nun waren wir schon das zweite Mal in dem Haus am Mandelring und für uns ist es der optimale Standort für einen Urlaub in der Pfalz. Unser Lieblingsplatz ist der Balkon im oberen Stockwerk, herrlich.

Empfang u. Einweisung durch die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich. Lage und Ausstattung wie beschrieben - keine Beanstandungen. Gute Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere E-Bikes, die man gut gebrauchen konnte. Fazit: wir kommen gern wieder, vielleicht zur Mandelblüte!

Im Herzen von Haardt

Wir waren im September für fast zwei Wochen in dem Haus und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder zum Radfahren liegt das Haus perfekt. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten im Wald und der Weinstraßen Radweg ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar und da sollte für jeden was dabei sein. Einkaufen muss man mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad, ist aber auch alles gut und schnell erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach schön. Große Wohnküche in der alles vorhanden ist, Innenhof mit Sitzmöbeln und unser bevorzugter Sitzplatz, ein überdachter Balkon im ersten Stock. Wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Insgesamt Gut.

Die Lage am Rande von Neustadt war hinsichtlich von Wanderungen sehr gut. Man kann direkt von dem Haus aus loslaufen. Auch gute Restaurationen sind ist in der Nähe. Wermutstropfen bei der Lage: Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Ring-Straße, die zwar nicht viel befahren, aber dennoch (bei offenem Fenster im Sommer) wegen der Straßen-Nähe sehr laut sein kann. Vieles an dem Ferienhaus war sehr gut: ausreichend Platz, Großzügigkeit, überdachter Balkon und ein eigener Hof. Besser könnte die funktionale Küchenausstattung sein. Hier haben wir doch einiges vermisst. - Insgesamt also gut!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, alles war wie beschrieben und im guten Zustand. Es mangelte auch nicht an der Sauberkeit des Hauses und die Vermieter waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können diese FeWo empfehlen :-)

Schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist gut, mehrere Wanderungen kann man direkt an der Haustür beginnen! Die Pfalz ist sehenswert und "sehr lecker". Leider waren weder Bäcker noch Supermarkt fußläufig von dem Haus zu erreichen, mit dem Auto aber in wenigen Minuten. Die Ausstattung war ok, Waschmaschine und Fön wären wünschenswert, die Betten sind ziemlich schmal. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und haben zusätzliche Tipps parat. Man kann immer fragen, denn sie wohnen nebenan. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.

Pfalzliebe

Schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit Hof und Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Beste Lage für Ausflüge nach Neustadt und in die Region. Wanderwege beginnen direkt am Haus. Eins der Schlafzimmer geht zum Mandelring raus, dort verläuft auch die Buslinie. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Häuschen, in dem wir uns pudelwohl gefühlt haben. Der überdachte Balkon und der Sitzplatz im Hof laden zum Verweilen ein. Für jede Wetterlage etwas. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Alles super!

Vom Check In bis Check Out hat alles unkompliziert geklappt. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben, schön eingerichtet, sauber und komfortabel. Das einzige, was ein ganz kleines bisschen Optimierungsbedarf hätte, ist die Ausstattung der Kochutensilien (Schneidebretter, Schüsseln), das hat uns aber nicht stark beeinträchtigt und unseren Aufenthalt auf keinen Fall getrübt. Wir würden immer wieder buchen!

Sehr schön renoviertes Ferienhaus an der Weinstraße

Wir waren sehr gerne zu Gast in diesem Ferienhaus. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großzügig mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten auch draußen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge an die Weinstraße, der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich. Da wir zu viert dort waren, mussten wir allerdings beide Schlafzimmer nutzen. Das eine Bett ist wunderschön geschnitzt, aber auch dementsprechend alt und knarzt beim umdrehen recht laut. Das ist dann aber auch schon der einzige Kritikpunkt der uns in den beiden Nächten aufgefallen ist. Vielen Dank!

Super Schönes Häuschen mit tollem Balkon

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser netten Unterkunft, vor allem der Balkon war toll! Die Vermieter*innen sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Ein Urlaub dort Ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Schöner Urlaub in der Pfalz

Nettes, kleines Haus, Parkplatz am Haus, ruhig gelegen, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Nach Neustadt Innenstadt ca. 40-45 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr nette Vermieter.
