Sehr verbaute Wohnung

Sehr kleines Bad, Kleiderschrank im Abstellraum, Schlafzimmer sehr klein nur ein Doppelbett mit 1 Kommode. Weg zur Wohnung ein ca. 50cm breiter Gartenweg.

Wohlfühlfaktor

Sehr nett, aber leider super hellhörig. Nachbarwohnung und Eigentümer ständig zu hören. Das Waschbecken im Bad könnte etwas größer sein als eine Kaffeetasse und das Bett hat einen Nachfolger verdient. Alles andere war OK.
