The modern 2-bedroom apartment in a historic city villa with 72 sqm (floor area 120 sqm), located in a central, quiet, city and beach location. A sleeping living room, a living room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and an entrance area (hallway) are located in the attic, 2. Floor. The cozy sleeping area is equipped with a double bed (1,80 x 2,00m. / Bed end open / linen included), an inviting sitting area with sofa, armchair, table, TV and spacious wardrobe. A vacuum cleaner and various cleaning materials are available. A bathroom with window, shower, toilet and hairdryer (p./ P. 2 towels / 1 shower towel / 1 beach sheet), dresser to the shelf and a make-up corner. If necessary towel change. All windows have sunshades and blackout blinds. The large garden with spacious individual areas, seating areas and sun loungers invites you to linger and relax. For your brought bikes is a garaging available. Washer and dryer on request and for a fee. Existing Internet Wi-Fi. Parking is available in front of the house by the road. Neustadt is a recreational and cultural town and offers everything a coastal town can offer in character and charm, from maritime flair to a lot of culture and nature. These include the Theater in the City, Neustädter Kulturmatinee, ZeiTTor and Cap Arcona Museum, Gut Hasselburg, the Neustadt Music Summer and Art Kilometers at the Stadthafen. In addition to the historic old town with a varied gastronomy and a weekly weekly market on the market square, the port has a particular image of the city, which includes the two Baltic Sea baths Pelzerhaken and Rettin.
