Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Hanglage mit tollem Blick ins Tal und in die Berge. Ca 25 min fussläufig aus dem Ort im Tal gut zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Strasse und ist sehr ruhig. Die Größe ist für 8 Personen angemessen. Leider fehlt es an einigem Grundlegendem in der Aussattung. Wie z.B. Mikrowelle, diverse Küchenutensilien (Schneidbrett, kl. Messer, Pfannenwender usw). In der Wohnküche steht nur ein Esstisch mit 8 Stühlen. Das abgebildete Sofa auf den Bildern fehlte leider. Abends war kein gemütliches sitzen möglich. Beleuchtung auf dem Balkon lies sich nicht einschalten, da es keinen Schalter dafür gab, oder er so gut verstckt war, das er nicht zu finden ist. Leider ist auch kein Besen, Staubsauger oder ähliches vorhanden, womit man die kleinen täglichen Krümel, die sich mit Kiindern nicht vermeiden lassen, beseitigen konnte. Lediglich ein Handfeger und ein Kehrblech sind vorhanden. Eine Gästekarte wurde uns leider auch nicht ausgehändigt, mit der wir bei einigen Einrichtungen Vergünstigungen erhalten hätten. Auf Nachfrage bei der Verwaltung verwies man uns an Belvilla. Auf die Antwort warte ich leider noch heute. Ansonsten kümmerten sich die Verwalter um Kleinigkeiten und stellten sie prompt auf Nachfrage ab. Auch nur eine Schlüsselkarte pro Zimmer ist sehr wenig mit 8 Personen Belegung. Ein einmaliger Handtuchwechsel pro Woche wäre auch wünschenswert. Auch nur ein einziges Geschirrtuch war sehr wenig bei Geschirr für 8 Personen.
