The apartment was fully renovated in 2025 and now presents itself in a modern, bright, and high-quality design. Since March 2026, a private sauna adds an extra level of comfort—ideal for unwinding after an active day in the mountains.

On the first floor, you are welcomed by the entrance area with a private sauna and shower—perfect after skiing or hiking. A staircase leads to the spacious living area on the second floor, where large windows, warm wooden elements, and a generous sofa create a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for relaxed self-catering. From the living room, you have direct access to your private garden with a covered terrace and high-quality outdoor furniture. A separate toilet is also located on this level.

The third floor features three comfortable bedrooms, all with double beds. One room additionally includes a sofabed and TV, while another offers a balcony with mountain views. The large bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, with a separate toilet for added convenience.

Guests also benefit from a ski room with boot dryer in the main building, as well as free parking directly in front of the entrance. In winter, the slopes are just minutes away, while in summer, hiking trails start right at your doorstep. A perfect retreat to relax, recharge, and feel at home.
