「Everything shown in the photos and described in the listing is inaccurate. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, our experience was disappointing. All communication was in German, which made it difficult to understand important information. While the property itself was clean and appeared to be new, we were assigned a room on the 6th floor, and after reaching the building we discovered there was no elevator—only more than 90 steps and a large staircase. 「Das Appartement war bemerkenswert sauber, ist schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine.Es liegt direkt im Zentrum an der Fußgängerzone, trotzdem ruhig in der Nacht, außerdem ist ein zweites Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof vorhanden, Parkplatz im Hinterhof, schnelle und nette Kommunikation!Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! 」
