A part-time tenant lives in the barn on the far end of the property, there is plenty of space between the house and this dwelling ensuring you will enjoy complete privacy. Guests do not have access to storage building adjacent to the driveway.

Pool is solar heated, so dependent on sun to heat (October-April = not heated).
