“This home truly made our Christmas stay incredibly special. From the moment we arrived, the house felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything was very clean and well cared for, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease.One of the highlights was the spectacular view, which could be enjoyed from multiple windows throughout the house. No matter where we were, we were constantly reminded of how beautiful the surroundings were. The natural light and scenery added so much……

“This is a quaint, small space but efficient enough for two people to stay several days. Great communication with the owner off the beaten path, was quiet and the AC worked great. Not far from downtown Grass Valley. Would recommend for a couples getaway if wanting peace and quiet.”

“This tiny home was so cute! Our two kids slept on the air mattress downstairs, and my husband and I had plenty of space in the loft. The bed was comfortable. The stairs to the loft are very steep, so would not be a good choice if you have limited mobility on stairs. The small kitchen had everything we needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the downtown, which was full of cute shops and restaurants. This was a great home base for exploring Gold Country. We really enjoyed……

“This home was dirty. We book 2 people for 4 nights. The inside of the microwave was disgusting, the refrigerator had a stinky smell, and the floor was sticky, I wanted to clean out the microwave so I could use it, but there was only one half sheet of paper towel left on the roll and no others to be found. I couldn't find a mug for my tea, till I looked inside the dishwasher but honestly I couldn't tell if the dishes were clean or dirty. Yes we could have gone to the store and bought our own……

“What can I say? This is our go to for our frequent visits. I almost want to keep it secret, but that would be impossible, because it is in great location, super nice interior decoration and comfortable and clean. Please keep it going!! We will be back and back and back!”

“This place was disgusting. There were ants in the kitchen and the bathroom. Looked like it had not been deep cleaned in years. I went to use a washcloth and when I squeezed the water out of it the water I squeezed out was brown . The bed pillows were dirty and disgusting I could not use them. There was was no A/C in the bedroom.The lighting was awful. Spiders in multiple places.Broken tile soap/shampoo shelf broken and jagged, someone could cut themselves on it. Shower floor is slippery. It……

“Cottage with character. Beds were comfortable & great location for an overnight before our whitewater rafting. AC in the living room was nice and strong. When we turned on the bedroom AC, bugs flew out all over the bed. Unable to open the window due to the lack of screens. Needs power washing to clean the bugs and spiderwebs. Communication was very fast with the Host.”

“Bill and Judy are super sweet. I had a few hiccups with VRBO and same day booking, however Bill made it as easy as possible. Once we made it to the house it was even better then the pictures. From the kitchen to the rooms, and kids room we had a great time and would loved to return one day. Thank you Bill and Judy you are the beesssst!!!”
