「Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The hotel's location is convenient. The only minor drawback is that parking costs extra. It would be ideal if free parking were available.」

「I stayed for 4 days and no one came to clean the room. I communicated with the front desk but it didn't work. I was also bitten by bed bugs and the front desk staff didn't deal with it. It was terrible.」
