"Room was musty upon check in don’t think anything of it told hubby to turn on the air. We stayed at that hotel due to a wedding. After the wedding at 11pm the room wouldn’t get colder than 71. We had a few drinks tried to go to sleep, figuring eventually the room would cool. The pillows sucked they seem fluffy until you put your head on it and it goes completely flat. Try layering two, then it’s too much. By 1am my husband was so uncomfortable and so was I we decided to just go back home. Went to the front told them about the AC and that we just wanted to go and were disappointed since we came for a wedding and it was a night away from the kids. The front desk lady seemed like she didn’t care, she said ok I’ll have someone check the air when I’m done with my audit. Meanwhile there is a RAVE happening! We Couldn’t hear it on our 8th floor room but leaving the hotel at 1 am trying to go down the sidewalk that had tons of people wasn’t that great. This is my second time here and sadly I won’t be back. Our room this time had a working toilet fan but the time before (1 month prior to this visit) the fan didn’t work and the fan in the brides suite also didn’t work, which isn’t fun if you have a nervous poo plus people trying to get ready. "

"Room felt old, lights did not work; door frame and door did not hinge correctly, so it didn’t close properly until pushed hard to shut; shower was not powerful; our window was frosted and didn’t allow us to see out; we could hear people talking easily through the hallway, and doors opening and shutting; hotel was extremely overpriced for a less than adequate stay "

"We loved this little house- just as pictured. The yard space was wonderful since we were traveling with our little dog. The host communication was excellent. We loved that it was close to so many great eating spots. For people wanting to bring stuff back to the house, we found food from Sups great !"
