“Honest but Fair Review Overall, our stay at NV Homes was okay, and the property itself has potential. However, cleanliness could definitely be improved. We found hair on the beds, and the linens and pillow covers had a noticeable smell that made it seem like they had not been washed or changed before the property was rented to us, so we chose not to use them. The toilets also could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I would also recommend checking under the beds it was quite dirty and clearly……

The kitchen was well set up for preparing meals. Over all a very clean comfortable space to relax after a day of hiking and excursions. ”

“The views from this property are absolutely sensational, and the layout of the first floor is impressive. The kitchen, while old, is well-stocked with plates and pans and is very usable for cooking for large groups.However, the second-floor bedrooms are a 6/10 at best. The entire house feels tired and is in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean—particularly the stairwells. We encountered several frustrating maintenance issues, including a broken latch on the master bedroom……
