“Not much service was available. We arrived with 3 luggage’s and no one was at the front door to help us bring in the luggages.
When we checked into the room, it was different from the photos that were advertised at the time of the booking. We tried to talk to the front desk but they just rudely ignore the comment and mentioned that all rooms in the hotels were all the same.
We had to call hotels.com to help us sort out the issue, which the staff at hotels.com helped and finally assisted us to……

“We had an amazing experience at Ada Cave Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism made us feel very welcome. Everyone—from the front desk to the breakfast staff—was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of offering us the welcome fruit again after we initially missed it—it was a lovely touch.
Communication via WhatsApp was seamless, making it very convenient for us. We’re also grateful for the prompt……
