“Nice staff!”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness and comfort to the service and overall experience. Everything met my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back again!the staff was amazing”

“Not much service was available. We arrived with 3 luggage’s and no one was at the front door to help us bring in the luggages. When we checked into the room, it was different from the photos that were advertised at the time of the booking. We tried to talk to the front desk but they just rudely ignore the comment and mentioned that all rooms in the hotels were all the same. We had to call hotels.com to help us sort out the issue, which the staff at hotels.com helped and finally assisted us to……

“The theme rooms in this hotel are great!!! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had an adult level blast!! Looking forward to going back and trying another room.”

“Excellent service; the room is spacious and everything was clean. We loved it—it’s a quiet place. The hosts are very kind, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety... thank you so much! ✨✨”

“Very high quality suite room and helpful staff. Really well organised hotel and close to all sites and secure . Our room had nice views of the hills nearby as well. Very comfortable room which was great after long days of walking and discovering. Definitely will stay there again next time.”

“We had an amazing experience at Ada Cave Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism made us feel very welcome. Everyone—from the front desk to the breakfast staff—was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of offering us the welcome fruit again after we initially missed it—it was a lovely touch. Communication via WhatsApp was seamless, making it very convenient for us. We’re also grateful for the prompt……

“We are all very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. The room is good, I think the host upgraded for us so our room is in the top floor. Location is convenient, easy to get many restaurants and other shops. The host is nice, he booked ballon flight and red tour for us. We successfully flu the ballon flight and quite enjoyed our stay here. After staying here, we transferred to another hotel (just wanna try different hotel located at higher place), the host even drove us there, so nice! Will……
