「Not much service was available. We arrived with 3 luggage’s and no one was at the front door to help us bring in the luggages.
When we checked into the room, it was different from the photos that were advertised at the time of the booking. We tried to talk to the front desk but they just rudely ignore the comment and mentioned that all rooms in the hotels were all the same.
