Economical and close to centre

Really nice family hotel, very helpful all of the members, very delicious breakfast, economical and close to main restaurants and shops.

No one available for anything. Place was in complete disarray. Door to room had a gap and anyone could look in. The kitchen where breakfast was served looked dirty and food was not stored properly. We did not eat there. It was extremely cold. No heat source available during the very cold nights. When we tried to notify or request any service, no one to be found. We seemed to be the only two people in the property. Extremely disappointed. On the last day we told an attendant that finally showed up and he said no one ever complained. No one should stay at this hotel. We should be refunded. It was the worst experience in Turkiye.

Within walking distance to main attractions, stores, restaurants, etc. although you are in a tourist town. The bed and room was comfortable with a nice ambiance. Although out of control of the hotel - you can hear musical performances at night so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper and go to bed before 11pm. Also regarding sleeping, the hotel's hallway lights are triggered by motion. So when a guest enters the hallway your room is filled with light through the transom - so bring an eye mask if sensitive to light while sleeping. You will be well fed at breakfast - the staff cook was always friendly and smiling. Beautiful view on the breakfast terrace. The managers have an tourist business office next to the hotel - so often there is no one at the front desk, but they seem to be there for check-ins. I was told to locate them at the office if I needed something - not sure how it would have worked if something happened at 2am with the office closed - but no issues occurred and all was good. The managers were helpful and friendly.

Amazing Hotel had a perfect stay

It was an amazing experience, the hotel was clean and the beds are so soft! The location is the best for walking around in the city it’s in the heart. And the rooftop is incredible with those magical views ♥️

Horribly dirty and smelly room. Whole room was just a filth. Dust rises when toutch the chair. The front desk is 24hrs empty, nobody there. No help or assistance can be expected. Advertised laundry facilities but a lie. The breakfast was equvalent to that of a refugee camp. Sausage, vegitable were stale. You want to make your holidays into a nightmare, this place is the best.

Chambre d’hôtel très confortable et propre. Le petit-déjeuner était bon et copieux. Belle vue des montgolfières depuis la terrasse le matin. Je recommande vivement.

Hotel temizlik konusunda cok yetersiz, calisan)ar ilgisiz, zaten sadece kahvalti veriyordu yumurtadan kil cikti, birdaha da kahvaltiya hiz cikmadim. Asiri gurultulu, uykunuz hafifse uyumak imkansiz. Neyseki sadece 3 gece odemistim. Bittigi icin sukrediyorum. Bence otel ile ilgili daha fa,la fotograf yuklemelisiniz, bu sekliyle bircok insan benim gibi magdur olacaktir.

Merhabalar arkadaşlarımızla bir gece kaldık. Otel konum olarak göremenin tam ortasında yürüyerek göremedeki örenyerlerini görebilirsiniz. Otelde Sasha Hanim ve bir beyefendi ilgilendi. Sasha Hanım daha gelmeden iletişime geçip gerekli konularda onu arayabileceğimi belirtti. Otelde odamız yeterli büyüklükteydi. Sadece çok gıcırdıyordu ve otel odalarının duvarları cok ses geçiriyordu. Odadaki esyalar otantik bir hava yaratmak amacıyla vintage idi. Yastıklar lekeli gibiydi. Sadece uyumak için otele geçtiğimiz için pek sorun etmedik anva çok titiz insanlar için uygun olmadığını düşünüyorum. Araç için park alanı yardımında da bulundular. Kahvaltı çok yetersizdi, bunu bilerek gitmenizi tavsiye ederim. Genel olarak kısa konaklamalar için kullanılabilir.

Great location, in the centre of göreme and walking distance to everywhere, great view from the terrace as well, however the service didn’t meet my expectations. Hosts are cold and not welcoming at all. No details and information about the area. Hopefully it was not my first time göreme so I knew a little bit. No housekeeping, we had to ask to replenish some room stuffs. The lady wanted to overpriced excursions to us. I read the reviews before making my reservation but completely different from what I read. Ideal only if you are looking for a convenient place just to sleep at night without any interactions with the hosts. Also just for info, there is a pub next to the hotel which has loud music everyday until late at night, kind of disturbing sometimes.

Desde antes de llegar tuve un trato de 5 estrellas Alexandra se encargó de anotarme en varias actividades y estuvo pendiente de todo hasta del transporte desde el aeropuerto. Me encantó la habitación y muy limpia y espaciosa, el desayuno abundante y rico. Por supuesto repetiría estancia en este hotel . Gracias por todo Alexandra.

Otel değil sanki kendi evimizdi.

Otelin sahibi bayram bey dünya tatlısı bir adamdı bütün çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi otel temizdi. Ortamı ve samimiyeti çok güzeldi terastan Kapadokya çok güzel gözüküyordu. Sabah kahvaltısını hazırlayan ablanın ellerine sağlık kahvaltı çok güzeldi ellerine sağlık... bütün çalışanlara ve bayram abiye ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz.
