What was not to love! From the moment we pulled up to the entrance you can not help but be impressed with this stunning hotel. The staff are all super helpful and friendly from front of house to wait staff and cleaners everyone is cheerful and polite. The rooms are beautiful with everything you need. I can not wait to go back and have not stopped recommended this hotel to anyone looking to staying in Cappadocia.

Stayed two nights and it is highly recommended place to stay in Göreme. Five minutes walk to the center and 10 minutes walk to sunset/sunrise point. High quality beddings and excellent service. A true luxury place in town.

Exceptional Hotel!..

A truly exceptional stay!..Even it was a weekend trip, my friends and I so satisfied with everything , every step of the hotel was gorgeous ..Especially decoration of the hotel wowww we felt like we live in a museum , so cool and beautiful vintage art everywhere, amazing restaurant, lobby and rooms. Service was great, food was delicious only the restaurant manager doesn’t know ceviche is a Peruvian dish not Italian:) Highly recommended place..

DON'T BUY TRIPS. They won't refund if they cancel!

The hotel cancelled our ballon trip the 27th of May , 2025 and won't refund our money 600 EUR. I have tried on several occasions to remind the hotel to pay back my money, but I keep getting the same answer: Wait a couple of days. It is now more than 7 weeks since they cancelled and they haven't refund me yet. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

A Five Star Hotel Experience

Sacred Mansion exceeded all of my expectations. It is over the top beautiful inside and out. The room extremely well appointed and comfortable and provided me with the best sleep of my entire trip. The service was absolutely exceptional. I've been to many nice hotels before but never received this level of service. I can not begin to describe the over the top breakfasts and dinner we had. And the steamroom, sauna and pool, which were included at no extra charge were exceptionally beautiful, clean and relaxing. We also enjoyed an amazing spa treatment at Sacred Mansion. I can't say enough great things about my wonderful experience at Sacred Mansion!

Without a doubt, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. If I ever return to Cappadocia, I would stay here 1,000 more times. The hotel is modern, spacious, and offers complete tranquility, making it the perfect place to relax. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options that make starting the day even more special. My fiance and stayed at the sacred mansion on the signature suit with a private terrace. The overall experience was great except an issue we encountered. If you stay at the signature suit with the private terrace be very careful about other guest coming into your private terrace. Our fist morning we woke up early to see the hot air balloons from our terrace when we walked outside in our robes we say other hotel guests in our private terrace taking photos and sitting in our chairs. We asked them to leave as it was private. They came through a gate that separates our terrace from the common terrace, the gate was not locked at all. We complaint at the reception and they didn't do anything other than apologize. The last day before our checkout I had another guest try to come to our terrace and when I told him it was private, he got upset and started yelling. My fiance and I went back to the lobby and this time we were very angry and asked that they had to do something, either place a sign at the gate or put a chain lock, we paid a lot for the signature suit for guest to keep trying to access our private terrace. About 20 minutes later the receptionist came and placed a lock at our gate. This should have been done since the first time we complaint. If you stay at the signature suit make sure they lock that gate or place a sign, otherwise you will experience guests walking in to your private terrace that has access to your suit, if they back door is unlocked people can walk inside.

Newly renovated.facilities very new. Excellent and helpful staffs with smiles. We had a lucky day as the balloons flew very close to our hotel. Breakfast is good with the traditional Turkey breakfast. Only 2 small issues. Only one small elevator that fit 2 persons. We had to check out @6:30 am so have to move own luggage’s to lobby. There are a few places with 1-2 inches uneven floor where people can easily trip over. This is still one of the best hotel in the area. This is to me better value than the Museum hotel which is best and the most expensive hotel in the area.

This hotel is exquisite! We came here for a 3 night stay and were so impressed by the attention to detail, attentive staff and comfortable rooms. We got the king suite with the balcony and the view in the morning of the hot air balloons was INCREDIBLE!!! The breakfast is generous and beautifully presented. We got a massage & hammam treatment and it was such a unique experience we would highly recommend it. There are also cats all over the property that we fed which was such a cute little bonus.

El edificio es espectacular y el personal es amabilísimo. El desayuno es muy abundante y la comida muy rica. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien y aunque nos cambiaron de habitación- en la nueva tampoco funcionaba bien. En la nueva habitación la ducha se inundó (la arreglaron después). El agua de la piscina no parecía muy limpia.
