I loved my stay here. The staff of this family owned hotel are fantastic and will help with any requests. The room was gorgeous. Breakfast and staff were so kind ( gave me honey and ginger for a sore throat). The view of Goreme is spectacular, lots of comfy places to soak in the view- early morning as balloons float across sky or evening sunsets.

Very nice cave hotel with amazing views over Goreme town where the lovely Maureen at reception, the owners and all the other staff couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful! The garden and outdoor spaces could use a little TLC and a few lightbulbs in room were not working but fully recommend staying here. Our cave deluxe room was gorgeous. Missed out on balloon ride due to high winds so will defo be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay Panoramic ❤️

This family owned hotel is one of a kind! This is one of the few hotels where you can actually stay in a Fairy Chimney Cave! Zaza (one of the owners) has the best sense of humor! The food was also unbelievable! So many options and all very traditional Turkish cuisine. The views of the valley are also amazing. It sits on a hill with perfect panoramic rooftop overlooks with a beautiful Turkish sitting area. We will definitely be back!

The condition of the hotel was good. The room was clean, but at night time you get a very strong smell of sewerage from wash room pipe lines.. it was so bad that I had to keep the door open at 3am.. I brought it to management attention all they said oh SORRY I did not get any sleep .. on top they charged me 60 euro additional because I had my kid with me .. overall not very happy

Dear Obid, Thank you for taking the time to write your review regarding your recent stay with us. We would like to remind you, that you booked a double room and that we do only sell double rooms online. Normally we do charge 20 Euros extra per kid and per night. You booked two nights and had 2 kids with you. We gave you a discount even if the mistake was not ours and, immediately made your room ready for 4 guests. We wished you would have let us know about the smell during the night it happened and not at check-out time. We would have done our best to find a solution. And we did leave you to stay in the room after check-out time, as long as possible, regarding the fact we had a check-in to that room on that day. Best regards, Maureen

Nice room and pretty warm but do not rely on the airport shuttle provided by the hotel because they wait until the van is filled up before departing. We landed and had to wait one hour since the driver was waiting for other customers on a flight that was arriving later. This was extremely unfair to us.

Hotel is comfort, quiet mall but cozy. Very hot in rooms, nice design in rooms. Very big big plus for gluten free panecakes !!!

Cannt ask for better hotel in Göreme. It’s the best. Room was super nice and bright. Good view from their lovely garden. Location was perfect, close the town and view point. And Zaza is a very nice guy and give us good advice for hiking. And the man who service our breakfast was super nice. Sorry that I didn’t get his name. Anyway, love their place.

Poor Internet service. Bathroom door broken and would not close properly.. Would be great to have. A/c in room or at least a portable fan.. Breakfast starts too late at. 8:30

丘の中腹にあり、眺望は良かった。スタッフさんのサービスも良くてballoonツアー、レストラン、貸し切りタクシー等、親切に教えて頂いた。朝食の卵料理は、注文すると作って頂けます。

I am a Solo traveler. I visited the hotel in November. My room was nice and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They organized a balloon tour and a transfer to the airport. The location of the hotel is also very nice. In summary, I left satisfied. Thank you.

Nice stay in Göreme for everyone.
Awesome location. The view from the restaurant is really panoramic. The staff was also friendly, helpful and available. Breakfast always fresh. I recommend this hotel for everyone who cares about comfort, cleanliness and hospitality. (We spent 3 nights here and we are rather type of demanding guests).

Son derece keyif aldığım bir tatil oldu. Otelin konumu mükemmeldi, oldukça merkezi.. Cave odada kaldık, temiz ve konforluydu. Otel sahibi ve çalışanların ilgi alakası, güler yüzü, tatilimizden ekstra keyif almamızı sağladı. Kahvaltı da oldukça lezizdi..yolum tekrar Kapadokya’ya düşerse ilk tercihim olacak :)

괴뢰메 마을을 감상하기 좋은 위치
괴레메 전망대 언덕으로 가기에 거리가 가까워 좋았습니다. 높은 곳에 위치해 괴레메 마을을 내려다 보는 전망이 좋습니다. 인터넷이 다른 숙소에 비해 빠른 편이지만, 가장 맨 끝 방에서 묵게 되어 연결이 원활하지 못해 아쉬웠습니다.

また泊まりたい
違うタイプの洞窟部屋に1泊づつ計2泊しました。1泊目は小ぶりで、ロマンティックな感じ。2泊目は広めの部屋。フロントの人が親切で、電話でＢｕｒｓａの博物館に問い合わせてくれたり、チェックアウト後の夜にも洗面所の使用にタオルを貸してくれたり、また、朝食もよかった。眺めも名前の通り素晴らしく、気球がたくさん上がっている景色を楽しめました。新しくないのか水回りやコンセントがすこしガタがきています。

Göremeye gittiğimizde hotel.com üzerinden iki yetişkin ve bir çocuk olarak rezervasyon yaptık. Otele geldiğimizde çocuk yatağı olmadığı için bizi başka odaya alacaklarını ve fiyat farkı almayacaklarını söylediler. Önce çok olumlu gibi gelen yaklaşım sonra bize keşke 2 kişilik odaya sıkışsaymışız dedirtti. Mağara odaya girdiğimizde içeri çok nem ve kötü kokuyordu. Havalandırdık ama geçmedi. Oda çok nemliydi gece yatak yorgan nemden ıslandı ve mağara üzerimize dökülmeye başladı. Yatak hep toz içinde kaldı. Gece odanın problemli olduğunu yatağımızın ıslak olduğunu ve kötü kokuya dayanamadığımızı ilettik. Kimse ilgilenmedi. Yapabilecek bir şey yok cevabı aldık. Nevresimlerimizi bile değiştirmediler. Hiç uyumadık. Ayrıca kahvaltı bölgede eşdeğer otellere göre çok zayıftı. Bölgeye çok gittim bence benim kaldığım en kötü oteldi. Ayrıca bu hizmete aldıkları ücret çok yüksek. Eğer sadece o oda problemli ise bence o odayı müşteri kullanımına kapatmalılar. Bir daha asla konaklamayı düşünmüyorum.

Kesinlikle tercih edilir
Güleryüzlü ve yardımsever evsahiplerimiz vardı, aile işletmesi. Tekrar gidersem yine tercih ederim. Hayvan dostu olmaları ayrıca fazla büyük bir artı. Manzarası da odaları da her şeyi çok güzeldi.

Average hotel. Service quality is not so well
Average hotel Minimum service Staff can not speak spanish not english. Very poor english So hard to communicate Rooms are not so clean We will not prefer to stay again
