Fairfield Harbour Windjammer I is a 2,400-acre property with incredible on-site amenities for your pleasure. A scenic canal system navigates this community of resort condos and residential properties. The18-hole golf course, tennis courts, hairdresser, lake, and exercise equipment are waiting right outside your door! An indoor pool, outdoor pool, miniature golf course, and playground are perfect for kids. Arriving by boat? The resort includes boat slips up to 60 feet in length. This is the ultimate vacation for relaxation, warm weather, and fun.
This cozy two bedroom condo overlooks the Windjammer Lake. The rental comes complete with washer/dryer, full kitchen, air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, carpet, and telephone. This is the perfect escape for retired couples or families traveling with small children.
There are 4 different condos of this type. The management company works with abs rents all 4 condos in this building. You may be assigned a different condo in this building at check in. They are designed and setup the same.

Our stay was exceptable. I felt the condo could have been cleaner. There were quite a few bugs in the dwelling. The internet was not working upon arrival, however a crew fixed the issue the next day. The dishwasher also didn’t fully function resulting in us hand washing dishes. But the beds were comfortable and the location was great.

Had a great stay, enjoyed our family time immensely . Short walk to the beautiful pool and pickleball courts, which was great for the kids. Only down side was we wished the jacuzzi tub was more inviting, jets and tub was left dirty so it was a wasted space for us. But overall great experience.

Had a relaxing week
Very nice place, had to get used to the echo of the high ceilings but we really enjoyed our stay and finally saw Charlie the gator. Had great seafood and ate more than I should have.

Excellent spot for a family vacation! and budget friendly
Perfect time for the family near the water and small town of New Bern. Family played golf (very affordable and we rented clubs) Kids went kayaking and fishing. Girls got to explore the cute town of New Bern and the quaint shops. Nice restaurants and ice cream shop. And the forth of July fireworks were an extra perk!
