Tell stories under the stars with your gas firepit or cook dinner with your own gas grill. Putting green in the front yard equipped with balls and putter. Just a short walk to a beautiful association Lake Michigan beach as well! Downtown New Buffalo about 1.5 miles from house down lovely Marquette Drive. Perfect for walking or biking. Back of house faces the Galien River Preserve which offers scenic views of nature.

The main house has three floors of living with four bedrooms of the five offered. Fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for your next great meal. Kitchen table can seat up to six as well as large dining table for twelve more. Living area with gorgeous Galien River views, TV and Stereo. Main Floor has primary bedroom with both a king and queen bed and a gorgeous en-suite bathroom.

The second floor has two more bedrooms. Second primary bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom also with partial Lake Michigan views. Giant family bedroom with a king bed, two full, and two twin beds with their own bathroom that also features a tub. Kids will love the "secret room" off the second-floor landing, ideal to play games or hide out.

The walk-out basement is fun for kids of all ages! Featuring pool table, fireplace, large big screen-tv, wet bar and much more. Fourth bedroom on this floor with king and queen bed as well as full bathroom. Access to back patio, outdoor shower, and pool from this floor too.

The Guest House is just a few steps away from the main house. Second floor guest apartment equipped with a king and queen bed, full bathroom, television, kitchenette, and more. Balcony overlooking the pool and Galien River for your viewing pleasure.
