Main House:
-Spacious living room w/ large fireplace
-Large screened-in deck off fireplace room w/ hot tub, dining table w/ seating for 8, lounge seating (yard games stored here)
-Fully stocked kitchen/coffee bar (Keurig + regular coffee pot + french press) - we provide syrups, sugar, and coffee filters, but do not provide coffee.
-Dining area with seating for 6 + bar seating for 3 additional

-Bedroom #1 w/ king bed + en suite bath (bathroom #1)
-Bedroom #2 w/ two queen beds
-Bedroom #3 w/ king bed + twin bunk bed
-Full bathroom #2

Guest House:

Large game area w/ pool table, 7 arcade games, shuffleboard, poker table, giant connect 4, foosball, a large projector, bar area, multiple smart TVs

Outdoor:

-Pickleball court/basketball court (we provide some pickleballs/paddles and basketballs, but you`re welcome to bring your own as well!)

-Disc golf (we provide discs, but once again, you`re welcome to bring your own as well)
-Gas fire pit surrounded by comfy Adirondack chairs
-Gas BBQ grill
-Hammock
-Yard games: cornhole, kan-jam, ladder golf
-Covered front porch


Shampoo/body soap/conditioner, towels, and a couple of starter rolls of toilet paper are provided in each bathroom. We also have a hair dryer.

Laundry supplies can be found in the laundry closet, along with basic cleaning supplies and beach towels.

There are two first aid kits

Children`s Amenities: A high chair and a Pack `N Play are available. We also have kids` dishes/utensils in the kitchen.

Other: Central air, central heat in the main house
There is a mini-split in the guest house.

Parking: There is plenty of parking in the driveway for 5+ cars. There is no garage.

Guests have full access to the house and yard. Guests do not have access to the storage garage located next to the house.

Please note that the house is located very close to the Indiana-Michigan state line, which also marks the time zone boundary. The house is located in the Eastern Time Zone. Check-in/check-out times are based on the Eastern time zone.

Please note: There is a train track down the road. You can hear the train horn from the house as it approaches the road. This is very common in New Buffalo, as many trains go through the area.
