This was a great home to stay for a girls trip! We had plenty of space and everything was very tidy. Jan was a great help when we got there - she showed us around the property and made sure we knew how to use the hot tub! We had a wonderful time!

House is very clean and large enough for a big group to stay comfortably. The owners were extremely attentive and helpful. Only constructive criticism may be to have pots and pans in the kitchen for cooking.

It was perfect for my wife's 70th birthday week. 4 bedrooms with queen beds accommodated our family for the celebration. Live deer coming to the rear of the house each day was a plus.

Property was perfectly clean! Beautiful house and neighborhood with lots of things to do in the area. Gold cart didn’t work so walk to the beach was a little much with all of our items.

Very nice and spacious house. Everything was well maintained and clean. Walking distance to a private beach. 5 min drive to downtown New Buffalo. Host was very pleasant and responsive. Overall a great experience.

Couldn’t have been more happy with our stay at this location. It was beautiful. We all loved having our coffee on the patio and watching the wildlife feed 20 feet away. Plenty of room for all and a really nice neighborhood. Definitely a hit.

Nice house, nice neighborhood. Jan , the owner, was very good with communicating. Stayed there for my wife's birthday, and hosted a dinner party with family and friends. Iys was a very enjoyable stay!!! Looking forward to staying at one Jan's properties again!!!

We stayed at this property while in town for a wedding and everything was great! The room are comfy and the home is spacious, and the hot tub was a very nice touch. The backyard patio is nice to sit on as well.

Dogwood Delight was a very nice house located in Grand Beach (New Buffalo). The four bedroom house was very clean, had a very nice outdoor patio area and was conveniently located for our weekend activities. We had a minor issue with the hot tub, but Jan resolved that promptly. The golf cart that is mentioned in the property description did not appear to be usable, however we did not contact Jan during our stay and just walked to the beach. We were not able to locate any bathroom washclothes but that was the only other slight issue we encountered. The house was plenty roomy for our group of eight and we had a great weekend.

Jan was a great host. She greeted my friends and I upon arrival and gave us some details about her home. Her place is spacious and clean, and her communication was quick and efficient. The location is perfect, being just outside of New Buffalo and also very close to the lake. I will definitely consider renting from Jan again in the future. Thank you again!

Everything was well maintained. A little farther then we wanted from the beach. We had hoped that the sunset beach was open which would have been near the property but it was closed for repairs. I would have liked having wash clothes in the home, only towels were available. Over all it was still a good time.
