The location of this hotel is absolutely unbeatable — a true 10/10. It’s within walking distance of shops and restaurants, parking was easy, and the outdoor space and landscaping were well maintained. These factors alone make it tempting to return.
That said, the overall experience fell short considering the high cost of the stay. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The carpet in our room had visible stains and was so dirty that our feet turned black just walking on it. The windowsills were very dusty, and every time we opened a window, we had to immediately wash our hands. The shared restroom on the property also appeared unattended during our stay — a dirty diaper sat in there for three days without being removed.
Inside the room, the bathroom lacked functionality. There was poor water pressure, no shelves in the shower for toiletries, and very little storage space overall. Lighting was also a problem: the room was extremely dim, making it hard to get ready, and one lightbulb flickered nonstop until we removed it ourselves. The bunk bed mattresses were also uncomfortable — fine for children, but definitely not suitable for an adult.
In short, while the location and outdoor areas were excellent, the condition and upkeep of the rooms were disappointing for the price we paid. With better attention to cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance, this hotel could be a fantastic place to stay. Until then, it feels overpriced for what you get.
