“This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved……

“This place was perfect for us! It is small, as described, but just what we needed. The couch was opened up and perfect for our 4 year old to sleep on. They provided sheets for the futon bed as well. The bed was comfortable. Perfect location! We walked to Congdon's for doughnuts and to their food truck night. Also walked to Mike's Clam shack. Ogunquit and York are a short drive. We loved the pool. Place was very clean. Would definitely stay again. ”

It was clean, the host was very nice and easily available if needed and best part we were literally a minute walk to the beach & boardwalk. It is ideal location for a family. My teen boys especially loved being so close to the arcade and in the morning I could get my coffee right at the corner……
