When I arrived to the property it took someone a while to check me in. I called the number it said to call but only the front desk phone rang which obviously if no one’s there how can they answer it. After waiting, I got checked in. We went to our room. There was a strange smell. We went to the pool which was ice cold. In the morning we went down to check breakfast and the pancake machine wasn’t working, the yogurt machine wasn’t working and they were out of milk. There wasn’t much to choose from to eat.

The frames in my room fell twice one my daughter. We went a day without water and nobody said anything to us. Finding someone at the front desk is a misson

The property is nothing like the pics. It seems to be family owned and operated—front desk, breakfast staff and cleaning crew. My room was located next to the highway. So at times it was noisy. Ice machine doesn’t work. Breakfast, so,so. It was perfect for catching up my stomach. It’s a place to sleep and have a shower if there isn’t a water break in the main line, which affected the hotel.

The only reason I gave two stars for this hotel was that it's pet friendly, room was "just-right" comfortable and it came with free breakfast - though the breakfast did not even come close to average or is not what you'd normally see in other similar hotels. Other areas of the hotel were dirty, too, as if it's never been cleaned for months, including the dining area.

Front desk staff was rude and short with us. Lobby was full of loud children, hotel staff did nothing. Dirty laundry piled all over the sitting areas all night and morning. Shower smelled like cigarette smoke. Weird baby pillows! No hairdryer. YUCK!

They could use a massive upgrade every time I stay here the trash is full the Elevator doesn’t work the key cards one works the other one doesn’t the pool needs a big upgrade I only stay cause I’m close to where I need to be in the area and the prices are ridiculous for a 3⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel! Very nice room with all the conveniences including a comfortable chair and ottoman, desk, refrigerator, microwave, and laps with outlets for technology devices. The bathroom tiles were not properly installed and shirted when stepped on. The shower floor was a bit slick. Breakfast was good. Overall, good stay.

The TV was constantly pixelated and they couldn’t fix it right away. It was better in the morning but still not quite right. The pillows are uncomfortable. This is my opinion and that of my gf. Good breakfast. Too bad. These are easy fixes but I won’t be staying there again under the existing circumstances.

My stay was terrible, the handle of the door didn’t work and we have to come to the lobby to have the key working every time we left the room, the breakfast was bad, not many choices the juice was awful. The service of the staff was extremely poor I would give a 1 out of a 10 to my stay and that 1 is only because of the pool that was clean and nice
