Welcome to the “Ritchson House”
This “Colonial Salt Block” Farmhouse (built circa 1860-1880), has been fully renovated inside and out.
The exterior fully embraces its Colonial origins, while the interior takes a Mid-Century Modern twist.
Located on a quiet residential street in New Cumberland, WV, it is within walking distance to conveniences and a short drive to several local attractions.
1st Floor:
• Formal living room w/ Black-lit Map of Universe.
• Formal dining room (w/ sound system, including CD, Cassette, Album or Bluetooth)
• Media room (includes a TV lounge, and desk w/ monitor and Keyboard for quick laptop hookup)
• Kitchen / fully equipped with updated appliances.
• Laundry closet/facilities
• Bathroom (Sm. w/ standup shower).
2nd floor:
• 3 Adult bedrooms (3 Queen size beds).
• 1 Bunk bed in bedroom (w/ Twin size beds) + TV

This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had 6 adults and one child stay in the house for 3 days. We were pleasantly surprised at the detailed "book" highlighting anything and everything we would want to know about the house and the area. The host was pleasant and easy to communicate with. We would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kevin's home. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. He was extremely friendly during our communications and provided all information we needed. The pictures/description match the house perfectly. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Wonderful home!

The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed for holiday meals, and the media room was a favorite spot for relaxation and catching up on work with the convenient desk setup.Upstairs, the bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable queen beds that ensured restful nights. Perfect for us
The house was perfect for our family! It was myself, my husband and 2 of our adult children with their significant others. We had a weekend stay and by Saturday already discussing staying here again to attend nearby events. Tons of space to spread out, super cozy and wonderfully decorated. Everything was there that we needed. Little touches mean a lot! The house was the perfect location for us with quick access to our needs. Everyone in town we encountered was super nice. Kevin was so easy to work with and went out of his way to make things work for us.

Family celebration
We enjoyed our stay at the “Farmhouse”; it was spacious and met all our needs. The place was clean and has been updated nicely while still retaining the character of an old farmhouse. Anytime I messaged our host, Kevin, before and during our visit, he was very responsive. We”d stay there again.
