“Our family of four adults loved the location of the property in Perkins Cove and the wonderful deck view overlooking the cove/ocean, as well as the newness/cleanliness of the unit and ease of checking in. The owner was also responsive to our request for a lobster pot and crackers that were on the amenity list, but not found within the property. Our minor annoyances pertained to the thin floors/ceilings that amplified noises from the garage opener in the basement over the MBR and young children……

“Overall this is an amazing spot. It is basically a hotel suite with a kitchenette. It was perfect for us. Everything else pictured is in the building but not the room. Do not miss the view from the observation deck. You can see the building from almost everywhere in Boston! ”
