“Excellent location, very helpful and caring staff, and wonderful amenities in the room. These include among other things a refrigerator, pod coffee maker, electric kettle, as well as selection of upmarket teas and coffees, hair curler, hair dryer, and large tv. The bathroom had a range of luxurious dead sea toiletries and double shower heads in the beautiful shower. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends and relatives.”

“This is a perfect location right next to the city wall. Great architecture and very polite staff. The view and food in the Wine and Cheese Restaurant on the top floor was excellent. But I am not a big fan for wine and cheese but mainly refer to the dinner. Wifi is not reliable in room. Some electric socket was switched off in the main switch. Towels are old. But for the location I still give it a 5.”

“員工要看個人運氣好不好，有的很熱心，而且會講中文。有的一板一眼，不願意幫忙。（因為腳扭傷無法爬到上舖，勉強上去但跌落到地上，再次要求已發生意外，其他的服務人員才趕快協助換床位）”

“For two of us (married) the room was small by our normal standards in the USA. But…TV had 5+ English channels, shower in the corner was good with hot water, and small refrig served our needs. I would have liked a breakfast area but Aroma Coffee is 30 steps from the front door. No elevator and first rooms start on the 2nd floor. There was at least another floor above us.”
