“I wish I knew about the property when my kids were younger ”

“We had a lovely stay at the Big Red cottage. The home is modern and beautifully furnished and in a serene wooded setting. Everything went very smoothly and we very much enjoyed relaxing both inside and out on a Sunapee ski weekend. I highly recommend the home and hope to stay there again soon.”

“We had the best time here. My husband and I stayed with our 6 friends for 2 nights. We loved waking up looking at the beach. We had a small campfire by the lake! We all highly reccommend! We had the best time. The homeowner was attentive and responsive to our needs! Definitely try out this spot if your coming to Moultonborough!”

“The moment you walk in you feel like you are home. The view was perfect in living area and up stairs bedroom. Even in the kitchen you felt like you could be apart of the conversation happening in the living area. It is a house my friends and I decide that it would be a house we would love to come back to in the future.”

“Our family of 5 came up for Spring Break to enjoy alittle bit of skiing and visit family who live locally. Had a great time here, house was clean and had all Amenities needed. 20 min from skiing so we were able to go almost everyday even for just a few hours since it was so close by. Cooked most the meals there good supply of pots and pans and utensils.”

“We traveled from Michigan to New Hampshire to visit my friends daughter who recently moved there. This house was perfect for our home base. The home is beautiful, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfection! We traveled to Maine for a day at the ocean and were happy to return to such an enjoyable home. A few dinners and Sorry games later and it was back to Michigan. This home is as advertised....maybe even a little better!”

“My familly stayed at the property for a wedding in Meredith and the location and proximity to the wedding venue was perfect. The house is huge, clean, provides every amenity imaginable and the deck and waterfront setting was ideal for a family gathering. We enjoyed having plenty of room to cook and eat together, sit out on the deck and converse and ended each evening around the fire pit with s'mores! This property is perfect for a quiet famiy gathering but I would not recommend it for a large……

“Our family of four spent a weekend here. We could have easily fit twice as many people. The cabin was clean, organized, and well stocked. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with. To be honest, we didn’t even need to reach out to them. Their welcome packet/info sheet was very well put together. We look forward to our next stay. Maybe when it’s a little warmer next time.”

“This weekend was amazing! What a great way to end summer with close friends and family. The check-in process was easy, and everything they stated would be there was there (and more). Communication prior to arriving was accurate and thorough. The location was walking distance to down town Meredith which made it easy to get around. I would highly recommend this rental!”

“We liked the layout, but there were some concerns/questions. The description says "lake view,lake front; yes, it is lake view but not lakefront. "Partial AC" is accurate, but the configuration was not good.An open window with plastic covering the openings and the unit itself sitting on and partially blocking the stairs is not particularly safe; even worse when carrying a suitcase or a baby. The deck and deck furniture were great. Some tables (even small ones) would be useful. We appreciated……
